Infrared Heated Vinyasa
The INFRARED heaters warm your body primarily and not the air. The warming effect on your body stimulates your cardiovascular system, your immune system, and your lymphatic system. The body responds by sweating. In addition to the Infrared heat triggering a sweat, the water in our bodies also resonates with Infrared heat and this helps with the detoxification process. This heat is MORE EFFECTIVE than forced heat so the temperature can be 90 degrees as opposed to the traditional 105 degrees making the class more enjoyable and tolerable.
Open Level Yoga
This is a Vinyasa Flow Class appropriate for all levels. Basic knowledge of poses is necessary for this class. This class may be more challenging and move faster than a beginner class, but appropriate modifications are always available to make poses accessible to all yogis. Instruction to be more subtle than in a beginner class. Poses will be connected smoothly to create an energetic flowing class experience.
